About Myself
- Lead a team of childcare providers in delivering high-quality early childhood education to children ages 0-5, ensuring their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning in key areas such as language, math, creativity, and motor skills.
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and supported.
- Monitor and track children’s developmental progress through observations and assessments, providing regular updates to parents and guardians.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to assistant educators, ensuring they adhere to centre policies and best practices in childcare.
- Plan and facilitate daily routines, including group activities, snack times, and naps, while encouraging children’s independence and positive behaviour.
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and involvement in their child’s educational experience.
